Chota Falls maintains
three charming guest houses to accommodate you, your family, close friends
and special guests attending your wedding
ceremony and reception. When combined
with lodging at surrounding properties, Chota Falls is able to provide
rooms for approximately 24 people at the estate and up to 50 at
nearby rental cabins. Additionally, many more rooms are available in
nearby charming bed and breakfasts, and nearby hotels (list available upon
request). Descriptions of the Chota Falls’ houses and lodges follow.
 The
Mountain View Lodge (5,000 square feet) offers an ideal setting for
get-togethers with family and friends. As the largest of the guest houses,
beautifully decorated in a Tuscan theme, this home has five bedrooms, each
with a private bath, as well as a large gathering room (1,500 square
feet), spacious wraparound deck and an additional game/recreation room
(1,000 square feet) on the lower level. The Gathering Room is outfitted
with a wood burning stove and three walls of windows providing panoramic
views of the mountains, valley, creek and waterfalls. The house also has a
fully equipped kitchen and a separate beverage bar. Two dining tables can
seat up to 24 guests. The Recreation Room, or Bear’s Den, is furnished
with futon sofas that can sleep an additional seven guests and there is a
full bath. Billiard and air hockey tables make the Bear’s Den a favorite
of both children and adults. Each of the bedrooms affords guests beautiful
views of the surrounding property and is named accordingly. Cost for
the Mountain View Lodge is $700.00 per night.

 The
Orchard House (1,500 square feet) is situated over Chota’s private
wine cellar and offers a great view of the vineyard and chapel. It
has two bedrooms, each with a bathroom, private entrance and porch. The
Vineyard View Room, or Honeymoon Suite, is furnished with a king-size bed,
a wood burning fireplace and a Jacuzzi tub. As its name suggests, the Rose
Room is decorated in a romantic rose motif and is furnished with a
queen-size sleigh bed. The room opens onto a covered porch fronting the
nearby creek. Both bedrooms connect to the Great Room which is outfitted
with a fully equipped kitchen, wood burning stove and sitting and dining
areas. The Orchard House sleeps four persons (six if the sleeper sofa in
the Great Room is employed). In addition to the side porches, The Orchard
House has a large tented deck overlooking the trout pond and facing the
vineyard, chapel and valley.

 The
Carriage House-Bunk House
The Bunk House (900
square feet) is a spacious, one-room studio apartment complete with a
fully equipped kitchen, dining area and bathroom. Decorated in a rustic,
Ralph Lauren style, it sports sturdy twig furniture along with a leather
sofa and lounge chair recliners. Dream sleep on a quality comfort queen
size bed and one set bunk beds. Situated in The Carriage House, the
Bunk House offers ideal accommodations for a family of four or a groom and
his groomsmen. Each night stay is $150.00.

House-Laurel Loft
The Laurel Loft is a
smaller one bedroom/one bath suite with a bar, microwave, toaster and
coffee maker. Situated on the upper level of the Carriage House, the loft
has a private entrance deck overlooking the pond and dock. It is furnished
with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed. All this for $100.00 a night.
*All lodging requires a
two night minimum stay and 7% tax.
